摘要
通过对健康兔子进行冠状动脉结扎手术,建立急性心肌梗死的动物模型,使用自行研制的HTcrfSQUID梯度计和常规心电图仪,实施并完成了几例兔子正常心脏和急性心肌梗死心脏的心磁图/心电图测量,这在国内尚属首次。通过对比不同缺血状况下心磁图/心电图随时间的演变行为,发现结扎前后MCG呈现显著变化。
The acute myocardial infarction heart model of rabbit was set up by surgical operations on the coronary artery. MCGs/ECGs were recorded from the rabbits before and after the myocardial infarction by the HTc rf SQUID gradiometer in a magnetic shielded room. The comparison of the time-depended behaviors of the MCG/ECG showed that the MCG signals changed dramatically after the ligations.
