TLM合金表面微弧氧化膜的制备及其生物相容性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在新型近β钛合金TLM(Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-15Nb)表面分别用3种不同的微弧氧化工艺(普通微弧氧化、复相微弧氧化、紫外光照射微弧氧化)镀上一层TiO2薄膜,并考察了3种薄膜的亲水性和抗腐蚀性能。XRD和SEM测试结果表明,3种微弧氧化膜均是多孔膜,主要由金红石相和锐钛矿相组成,普通微弧氧化法和紫外光照射微弧氧化法制备的薄膜表面更为光滑;接触角测试结果表明,紫外光照射微弧氧化膜的表面亲水性最好;电化学腐蚀实验显示,3种工艺所得的氧化膜都具有较好的抗腐蚀性能,普通微弧氧化膜的抗腐蚀能力稍好于另外两种薄膜。 Titanium dioxide films on TLM(Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-15Nb) alloy were prepared by means of three kinds of micro-arc oxidation (common technology, complex phase technology, UV-radiation technology). Then, the corrosion resistances and hydrophilicity of the three kinds of micro-arc oxidation film have been investigated. The results of XRD and SEM showed that all the anodizing films are mainly composed of anatase and rutile,and micropores distribute on the surface of films. The contact angle of the film treated by ultraviolet was the least. The results of electro-chemical corrosion test showed that all the micro-arc oxidation films had a good anticorrosion property, and the common technology is best.
