摘要
本研究采用机械搅拌直流法对TLM钛合金毛细管进行电化学抛光,用激光扫描共焦显微镜分析了TLM钛合金毛细管的表面粗糙度及表面形貌,并对其进行电化学腐蚀性能的测试。研究了不同操作条件和工艺参数对合金表面抛光质量的影响,并确定了最佳的电解抛光工艺参数及操作条件。
The capillary tube of medical TLM titanium alloy were polished by electro-chemistry polishing method. The laser scan confocal microscope was used to analyze the surface roughness and morphology of the capillary tubes. Its corrosion property was also tested. The effects of process parameters and operation on the capillary tubes's surface quality were studied, and the best process condition of the electro-chemistry polishing was obtained.
