摘要 准合金燃烧剂是一种新研制的高纵火燃烧材料,它是高分子树脂与燃烧性能高的活性金属粉末Zr、Al、氧化剂等按照一定的比例发生聚合反应而制得。研究了活性金属粉末Zr、Al、氧化剂对活性准合金燃烧性能的影响,得到了燃烧温度高、燃烧时间长、安全性好、力学性能优异、对目标物有较强燃烧和引燃效果的活性金属燃烧剂。活性金属粉末Zr、Al、氧化剂对燃烧剂的燃烧性能(温度、燃速)起着十分重要的作用。 The active metal incendiary is a new kind of burning material in research. It can be made by the way of polymerize reactions within the macromolecule resin and active metals, such as zirconium, aluminium, oxidant etc. The effects of these elements in incendiary to its combustion properties are studied. Some perfect active incendiaries are prepared, which have higher burning temperature, longer burning time, good security, excellent mechanical properties and well combustibility to the target compared with other incendiaries. The active metal powders zirconium, aluminium, and oxidant etc. have significant functions to the combustion properties of the metal incendiaries.
