钽合金高温抗氧化铱涂层的制备 被引量:8

Preparation of Oxidation Resistant Iridium Coatings on Ta-Based Alloy

摘要 采用特殊工艺在Ta-12W表面制备过渡层,然后电镀出致密的铱涂层。研究了制备铱涂层的微观形貌、成分和抗氧化性能。分析表明,通过电镀的方法,可以在Ta-12W基体上制备出连续、均匀的铱涂层,在1700℃时涂层的抗氧化寿命可达到15min。 A special technology was used to prepare a transition layer on Ta-based alloy, Ta-12W and iridium coatings were prepared by plating. The morphological structure, composition and protective behavior of the coatings were investigated. From the analysis results, the dense coatings on Ta-based alloy can be prepared by plating, and the coatings can survive at 1700 ℃ for 15 min.
