摘要
通过调整炸药的配比、装药密度等参数,用内爆法制备铝/不锈钢双金属复合管(长径比L/D≥90)。通过对结合界面的金相观察、UT探伤、剥离检验以及扫描电镜等手段来检验复合管的结合情况。结果表明:结合界面为小波纹时结合最好,结合强度最高,大波纹结合时界面上存在中间层组织Al-Fe化合物。
Al/stainless steel clad tube(L/D≥90)was produced by interior explosive welding through adjusting the composition and density of explosive. Bonding condition was proofed by the metallographic examination, UT, leafing and SEM. The result shows that the bonding is best when the interface is small wave with the highest bonding strength. There is interlayer of Al-Fe compound on the bonding interface by wavy bond.
