摘要
研究了用高分辨率全谱直读等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)进行钛钽铌合金中钽、铌元素的测定。通过对试样溶样方法的选择,最终采用盐酸+氢氟酸溶解样品;对样品溶解酸度、元素分析谱线选择、背景校正扣除、样品基体及待测元素间干扰等因素进行了分析。采用基体匹配与背景扣除法消除钛基体对待测元素的光谱干扰,选择了最佳实验条件。结果表明:各元素的加标回收率为98.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%。本法测定已用于钛钽铌产品的检验。
A new method was employed for the determination of Ta and Nb in Ti-Ta-Nb alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spetrometry(ICP-AES). The samples was dissolved in a mixture of hydrochloric, hydrofluoric and nitric acid. The effects of acid concentration, choice of analytical spectral lines for elements, background corrections, interferences from matrix and among elements determined were investigated. The optimal detection conditions were determined. The spectral interferences of matrix element titanium with the spectral lines of elements determined were corrected by the matrix matching and background correction methods. The recoveries for the elements were in the range of 98.0%~104.0 % and relative standard deviations were below 2.0%. The analytical method has been applied to product analysis.
