摘要
以水淬渣为主要胶凝材料,以粉煤灰配入一定比例的铁矿尾砂为集料,通过多种激发剂的激发活化作用,实现了胶结体的早期强度:4h强度达到0.3MPa以上,满足了矿山对充填体早期强度要求较高的特点。同时,在胶凝材料中以水淬渣取代了普通水泥,在充分利用了工业废渣的同时降低了充填成本。
Based on blast furnace slag as the main cementitous material,with fly ash mixed in a definite percentage of iron mine railings as the aggregate, through the excitation effect of varieties activators, the strength of the filling body in early stage can be made. Standard curing in 4 hour,the strength can achieve more than 0.3MPa,which can meet the characteristic of high strength in early stage in some mines. Furthermore, the cement used in the backfilling mining process can be substituted by the blast furnace slag as the cementitous material. The industrial waste could be taken full advantage of with the cost of backfilling mining process reducing.
