摘要
铜冶炼的转炉渣是重要的二次金属资源,基本采用浮选法回收。由于其性质复杂,特别是随着铜冶炼工艺的进步,渣中铜的硫化物越来越减少而氧化物越来越增加,加上转炉渣冷却方式等因素的影响,导致转炉渣的性质更为复杂难选。通过对转炉渣的工艺矿物学研究,为改进选矿工艺提供了科学依据,提高了选矿指标。
The converter slag from copper smehing is important secondary metal resources, which are mainly recovered by the flotation. Because of its complex nature, and especially with the development of copper smelting technology, copper sulfide becomes less and copper oxide is more. Coupled with cooling method of converter slag and other factors, the converter slag becomes more complicated in nature and difficult to separate. Research on the process mineralogy of converter slag provides a scientific basis to promote beneficiation process, thus the indicators in beneficiation are improved.
