成人多囊肝病外科治疗

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ADULT POLYCYSTIC LIVER DISEASE

目的研究APLD的临床特征和有效的治疗方法。方法28例APLD经开窗术，肝叶、段切除术，部分病例联合肾囊肿开窗术等外科治疗。结果经术前检查及手术证实28例APLD合并多囊肾（PKD）24例，4例联合胰腺囊肿，脾脏和卵巢囊肿各两例。妇女均有生育史，最多达8次。结论APLD以弥漫性肝囊肿致肝脏损害为特点，经内科治疗无显效。外科手术治疗获得较好疗效。

The clinical Specific Symptem and effective therapeutic method of Adult polycystic liver disease (APLD)were Studied. Methods fenestration of hepatic cysts and hepatic resections were operated on all patients. In some cases the operation combined with fenestration of the libney cysts et al. Results in the group 24 cases are associated with polycysic kidney diseasd (PKD). 4 cases pancreatic cyst,in which splenic or ovarian cyst are two cases each. The women with APLD have had the histroy of generation. One of them had been pregnancy for eight times. Conclusion APLD characterized by multiple diffuse cystical lesions of the liver had no effective medical therapy while the surgical treatment can achieve a good result.
