Study on Weathering Test Method of Powder Coated Aluminum Profile

介绍了粉末喷涂铝型材老化测试的国内外发展现状及测试方法。针对粉末喷涂铝板,重点研究了3种实验室加速耐候老化测试QUV(UVA灯管)、QUV(UVB灯管)和Q-Sun与佛罗里达户外曝晒测试之间的比较。分析了3种加速老化试验方法与佛罗里达户外曝晒光泽变化结果的相关性,并以此为例,分析多少小时加速试验结果和1年佛罗里达曝晒结果相当。

This article introduced the domestic and international status and testing methods of the powder coated aluminum profile and studied the comparison between UVA, UVB, Q-Sun and Florida exposure. The correlation of the gloss decrease of the specimens between outdoor testing and accelerated testing were studied, and the analysis was given for that Florida exposure in one year needs how many hours in UVA, UVB or Q-Sun in this test.
