摘要
为了解钙结合蛋白(CaBP)在牛黄形成中的作用,将正常牛胆汁分为6组,Ⅰ组为对照组,不加入CaBP,其余5组为试验组,均加入CaBP(CaBP提自健康牛胆汁);试验组额外加入CaBP的浓度分别为5%、10%、15%、20%、25%。然后,进行成黄试验,观察不同浓度的CaBP对牛黄核形成时间、形成数量及其可视表面积的变化。与此同时,检测胆汁中主要成黄物质的含量变化。结果表明,CaBP对牛黄成核时间有较明显的促进作用,而对牛黄核的数量和可视表面积无明显影响;当添加CaBP浓度大于10%时,使胆汁中总蛋白和Ca2+浓度降低,但对总胆红素含量无明显影响。
To approach the effect of CaBP on formation of calculus hovis(CB) ,and provide experimental data for improving the output and quality of CB, the normal cattle bile was divided into 6 groups. Group I was a control group without CaBP,but in other five groups with the concentration of the added CaBP 5%,10%, 15%,20%,and 25% in the bile, respectively. Then the effects of CaBP on nucleation time, quantity and visible area of CB nuclei were observed in different groups. The main ingredients which formed CB in the bile were detected at the same time. The CaBP had obviously effect on nucleation time,but had no significant effects on the quantity and visible area of CB nuclei. When the concentration of added CaBP was more than 10% ,the concentration of total protein and Ca^2+ in the bile were degraded, but had no obviously effects on the total biliribin content.
