摘要
水泥磨能否安全稳定地运行,关键在于轴承能否正常运行。水泥磨一般采用滑动轴承,过去主要采用的是动静压滑动轴承,配高(低)压稀油站,由于水泥磨内物料温度高、动压油膜厚度小、刚度小等原因,且动压油膜的形成受到轴承结构、润滑油粘度和轴承表面线速度的限制,设备运行中常见润滑失效,导致瓦温高、烧瓦等事故。本文重点介绍了双滑履水泥磨动静压轴承及其供油系统的静压改造措施,以及改造后的设备维护要点,认为改造后可以从根本上解决水泥磨瓦温高故障。
Key point to stable running safely of cement mills depends on whether their bearings are functioning normally.Cement mills always use sliding shoe bearings, mainly Dynamic-static pressure sliding bearings matched with high or low pressure oiling station.Because of high material temperature within cement mill,small thickness and stiffness of dynamic pressure oil film,as well as because the formation of oil film is always restructed by bearing structure,oil viscosity and the linear velocity on bearing surface,mill lubrication is often failured during operation,leading to high temperature in bearing bush,or even resulting in burnt through.This article illustrates the ways and means to static pressure reformation to dynamicstatic pressure bearings in double-shoe sliding bearings cement mills and their oil supplying systems,and also explains the maintenance principles after reformation. The author believe that accidents caused by high bush temperature for cement mills can be fundamentally eliminated after the reformation.
