摘要
报告３例颅内原发恶性淋巴瘤（简称ＰＭＬＢ），结合文献对其发病原理、诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。认为本病主要的确诊方法是手术或钻孔活检，首选放疗继后化疗为主要的治疗方法。
Three cases of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma are reported and the clinical features,etiopathology,imagediagnosis,treatment ang prognosis of this disease are discussed.It is concluded that(1)bropsy is the most useful diagnostic means and (2)radiotherapy should be the treatment of choise for intracranial primary malignant lymphoma,and then chemotherapy.
