摘要
目的:探讨交感型颈椎病的发病机理。方法:采用放射性核素示踪技术,对注入家兔颈后交感神经节的32P顺行追踪到颈椎前软组织。结果:(1)实验组动物标本所测比活度高于仪器本底和对照组的4倍以上。(2)宏观放射自显影(MaARG)显示实验组颈椎前纵韧带、椎前筋膜的光密度明显加深。结论:从功能上证实了交感神经有分支直接对颈椎前纵韧带和椎前筋膜起作用。
Objective:To study the pathogenesis of sympathetic spondylosis. Methods:Using the radionuclide trace, nuclide P32 was traced from cervical sympathetic ganglion to precervical tissues.Results: We found that the specificactivity of the animal samples of test groups were four times more than that of contrast groups, darkness in the anterior longitudinal ligament and the prevertebral fascia were clearly demonstrated by the macroscopic autoradiography ( MaARG)Conclusion:The sympathetic ramuli directly innervating on the anterior longitudinal ligament and the prevertebral fascia is proved by the functional evidence.
