摘要 目的:研究颈腰疾病的计算机诊断。方法:采用Foxpro数据库和Prolog语言将疾病的资料编写成适合计算机语言和程序编写的格式,在病案录入过程中完成病案的获取,将疾病的鉴别诊断资料输入数据库并编写成不同的代码,作为知识库,通过病案获取过程中代码的转换和比较完成推理诊断,通过系统维护完成知识的更新。结果:通过临床800例颈腰疾病患者的验证。结论:颈腰疾病专家诊断系统具有误诊率低、维护方便等特点,实现了对颈腰疾病的诊断、学习、查询、打印的自动化。 Objective:This study deals with the diagnosis of cervicobrachial and lumbodynia disease,By adopting Foxpro database and Prolog Languase, disease informatin is compiled to the form applicable to computer language and programme compilation,the cases of disease can be obtained in the process of puting in case of disease ,the differential diagnosis information is entered into database and compiled to different codes at knowledge base ,deduction diagnosis can be achieved through the code conversion and comparison during case obtaining,and knowledge is updated through system maintenance. Result: It's verified by 800 clinical cases of cervicobrachial and lumbodynia disease.Conclusion:Expert diagnosis system on cervicobrachial and lumbodynia disease has low misdiagnosis ,easy maintenance etc. and enables the automation of diagnosis on cervicobrachial and lumbodynia disease, learning ,checking and printing.
