摘要
教师的教育理论价值观是其关于教育理论对自己及其教育实践作用的看法。经验主义、功利主义和操作主义教育理论价值观导致教师轻视教育理论。只有建构起专业实践指导、超越性引领和创造性应用的教育理论价值观,教师才可能真正重视和自觉运用教育理论。
The teachers' ideas of value of educational theories are their views upon the function of educational theories for them and their educational practice. The empiricism, utilitarianism and operationalism have led the teachers to underrate the educational theories. Only when we have constructed the Values of guidance of professional practice, transcending direction and creative application, will the teachers attach importance to the educational theories and apply them consciously.
