在社会实践中加强大学生思想政治教育,是高等教育面临的重大课题。十余年来,忻州师范学院结合学校、学生和当地的实际,长期实施了实习支教,为学生构建了联系、了解社会,认识省情、民情,提高职业技能,磨练意志品质的平台,增强了思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,探索出一条在实践中加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,为深化师范院校的教学改革,加强思想政治教育工作,提供了实践经验。

To strngthen college students＇ ideological and political education in the social practice is an important issue in the higher education. In the past ten years, Xinzhou Teachers＇ College has long done the practice teaching according to the actual needs of the college, the students and the local areas, building the platform for students to contact and know about the society, get familiar with the conditions of the people and Shanxi province, improve their vocational skills and temper their willpower. With more definite direction and practical results, we have come up with some effective measures to enhance and improve college students＇ ideological and political education in the practice, thus providing some practical experiences for deepening the teaching reform in the normal schools and strengthening the ideological and political education work.
