摘要
通过运用临床上常用的《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)对来自示范中学和普通中学的360名教师进行问卷调查发现,中学教师这一群体的个人躯体健康状况较差,在心理上焦虑、抑郁等情绪的发生高于全国成人的一般水平,总体心理健康状况不容乐观;重点中学教师心理健康水平略低于普通中学教师心理健康水平;示范中学的初中教师心理健康水平低于高中教师的心理健康水平。帮助教师建立健康的心理迫在眉睫。
We delivered questionnaires, the"Symptom from Comments Meter"(SCL-90) commonly used clinically; to 360 teachers both from the demonstration middle schools and common schools. The results show that middle school teachers are generally out of condition and enjoy higher anxiety and depression than the average adults in our country. Their overall psychological condition is not so good. Teachers from key middle schools enjoy a lille lower level of mental health than those from common middle schools, while the junior middle school teachers from demonstration middle schools enjoy a lower level of mental health than those from common schools. It is urgent for us to help teachers to develop healthy mentality.
