摘要
评估理念是教育评估工作的先导。评估者根据明确的核心价值观开展评估,被评者围绕清晰的质量发展理念以常态方式准备迎评工作,这种将评估理念与迎评理念有效结合的评估价值体系的建立,对于教育评估工作的有效进行和教育评估整体功能的发挥有着重要的指导作用。
Ideas of evaluation are the guidance for educational evaluation. Evaluators make evaluation based on definite core values, while the people who will be evaluated prepare for the evaluation in a normal way centering around clear ideas of quality development. The establishment of the evaluation value system combining effectively the ideas of evaluation and the ideas of welcoming the evaluation plays an important guiding role in the effectiveness of educational evaluation and in bringing into full play the comprehensive function of educational evaluation.
