摘要
采用响应面法对固定化洋葱假单胞菌脂肪酶催化乌桕梓油制备生物柴油的工艺参数进行了优化.通过SAS 9.0软件分析,确定了最佳工艺参数:醇油摩尔比4∶1,脂肪酶用量2.7%(质量分数),反应温度41℃,含水量7%(质量分数),转速200 r/min,反应时间12 h.在此最佳工艺条件下,生物柴油得率为96.22%,与回归模型预测值(97.07%)非常接近.回归系数为0.981 9,说明该回归模型可准确预测乌桕梓油生物柴油得率.
Experiments were carried to optimize the conditions of biodiesel production catalyzed by self-immobilized lipase of Pseudomonas cepacia(lipase PS) from stillingia oil using response surface methodology.All the data were analyzed by SAS 9.0 software and the optimized conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of methanol to oil 4∶1,dosage of lipase PS 2.7%(based on oil weight),reaction temperature 41 ℃,amount of moisture 7% ,the rate of stirring speed 200 r/min,and reaction time 12 h.Under the optimum conditions, the biodiesel yield is up to 96.22 %, which approaches to the predicted value (97.07%). The model has a satisfactory coeffieient of 0. 981 9 and verifies experimentally. The results show that response surface methodology is a useful method to optimize the conditions of biodiesel production from stillingia oil.
