灯芯绒冷轧堆染色工艺的优化

摘要 用中心旋转法设计纯棉灯芯绒织物冷轧堆染色工艺中烧碱用量、硅酸钠用量和堆置时间3变量5水平试验。通过分析K/S值二维恒值图,优化冷轧堆染色工艺:染藏青色时,烧碱质量浓度5.7~8.9g/L,硅酸钠质量浓度96~112g/L,堆置时间18.8~21h;染浅色时,烧碱质量浓度4.0~6.0g/L,硅酸钠质量浓度86~108g/L,堆置时间22.5~24h左右。大样生产表明,用优化工艺染灯芯绒织物的K/S值比原工艺高7%~9%,各项色牢度均符合要求。 The cold pad-batch dyeing process of cotton fabric was introduced. Three variables including the amount of caustic soda and sodium silicate and stacked in time was designed by central rotating method. By means of the constant two-dimensional map, the cold pad-batch dyeing process was optimized. That is caustic soda 5.7 ~8.9 g/L,sodium silicate 96 ~ 112 g/L, stack time 18.8~21 h when dyed in naw blue ;caustic soda 4.0 ~6.0 g/L, sodium silicate 86 ~ 108 g/L, stack time 22.5~24 h when dyed in light shade. The K/S value of the dyed corduroy with the optimized process is higher than the that with the origi- nal process about 7% ~9%.
