摘要
采用由专利技术、设备及系列产品组成的CFM污水自动净化技术,通过射流气浮、混凝气浮、厌氧生物处理、悬浮滤膜净化和催化吸附处理,快速去除污水中的悬浮颗粒和有机污染物,从而达到对印染废水进行深度处理及部分回用的目的。处理后,印染废水中的COD,BOD,SS和色度等指标均达到国家标准,60%出水可回用于生产。与常规膜技术相比,该技术操作方便,运行稳定,总投资和运行费用低,综合经济技术指标达到国际先进水平。
With patented technology, equipment, and the composition of the CFM series automatic water purification technology, and through the jet flotation, coagulation flotation, anaerobic biological treatment, suspended membrane purification and catalytic adsorption treatment, the suspended sewage particles and organic pollutants were removed rapidly. The indicators of COD, BOD, SS and color of the treated wastewater reached the national standard, 60% of the water could be reused. Compared with conventional membrane technology, the technology featured convenient and stable operation, lower investment and operation cost, and the comprehensive economic and technical indicator reached international advanced level.
