摘要 利用介质阻挡放电(DBD)开展了常压低温等离子体灭菌的实验研究.探讨了细菌种类、细菌载片和放电气体对灭菌效果的影响.实验结果显示,DBD等离子体能在短时间内杀灭细菌,具有比常规灭菌技术更高的灭菌效率.另外,O2等离子体能在12s内杀死所有大肠杆菌,远快于N2和Ar等离子体,表明在灭菌过程中占据主导地位的是活性物质O2,而不是紫外辐射. The experimental study of non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma sterilization by using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) has been conducted.The influences on sterilization effect such as the type of bacterial agents,bacteria carrier,and the discharge gas have been discussed.It is showed that the DBD plasma can destroy bacteria quickly,and more effectively than these conventional sterilization technologies.In addition,the O2 plasma can kill all the E.coli spores within 12 s,that is much more quickly than the N2 plasma or the Ar plasma do.It is indicated that the inactivation process is dominantly controlled by radical O2,rather than UV irradiation.
