摘要
通过对三组分长丝和短纤维复合纱线的纵横向截面形态的扫描与摄影,及对有色长丝的示踪实验,直接观察和分析了复合纱线的结构特征,采用复合纱线中各组分的捻缩率来间接地表征其结构,并讨论了影响复合纱线结构的各种因素。
Through scanning and photographing the longitudinal and sectional views of tri - component filament and staple composite yarn and tracing experiment of colored filament, the structure characters of the composite yarn are observed directly and analyzed. And twist shrinkage ratio of each component of the composite yam is used to indicate the structure characters and all the factors affecting the yam structure are discussed.
