摘要
主要介绍了细纱机自动落纱机构的特性、常见故障和解决措施。常见故障如落纱器机械臂产生弯曲,定位不准;活塞进出不灵活,密封性差;送管托盘机械疲劳破裂,以致筒管不能插入等,提出了相应的解决措施。
In the paper are mainly introduced the features, common faults and their resolving measures of auto - doffer on spinning frame. Common faults of auto - doffer are usually appeared as not right positioning, poor sealing, not free moving of piston and bobbin feeding plate broken, etc.
