摘要
对YS200小样机的电动提综系统提综故障的成因进行了分析,并对各种排除故障的可行方案进行了优选,介绍了对系统所作的硬、软件改造。认为在系统基本完成的基础上进行系统合理化改造,要应用扎实的基础知识,结合故障本身的特点,分析各种可能的解决方案并加以比较,从中选优,尽量减少对系统本身作大范围的调整,以免产生新的故障点。
Faults causes of this electric heald motion system on YS200 figuring machine have been analyzed in this paper with feasible fault shorting schemes selected. Improvement of hardware - software system is also described in detail. The system should be further optimized based on fault features, comparison of feasible fault shorting schemes and fundamental principle to avoid new faults.
