摘要 分析了除尘风量对成纱百万米断头的影响;试验对比了54 mm和66 mm直径纺杯,以及同纺杯直径加速后的成纱千米棉结,通过对比表明使用54 mm的纺杯后棉结明显下降,而且可大幅提高产量;同时在实践中总结出OE58.3 tex以下的纱线宜采用54 mm的纺杯,达到高产目的;用改装变频器代替引纱变速箱,可从根本上防止引纱速度降低现象,从而稳定成纱质量,提高运转效率。 In this paper is analyzed the effect of the air volume for dust removing on the end breaks of million meters of formed yarn. The number of neps per meter of the formed yarn spun by use of 54mm and 66mm diameters of rotors as well as by use of same diameter of rotors is compared. It indicates that the number of neps can be greatly reduced with the production highly increased if by use of 54mm diameter of rotor. The practice also shows that 54mm diameter of rotor should be used to meet high production when in spinning low than 58.3tex OE yarn. And the replacement of gear box by a converter can prevent low down of the yarn speed completely to stabilize the formed yarn quality and improve the operation efficiency.
