摘要
以"行为分阶段转变理论模型"、"限制模型"、"社会生态"理论为基础,深入分析青少年锻炼行为分阶段转变的制约因素与模型,探寻有效促进青少年锻炼行为分阶段转变的干预策略,以营造良好的社会、家庭与学校环境,促进青少年体育工作健康发展.
Base on the "the transtheoretical model and stages of change TTM", "restricted model", "social ecology" theory. Depth analysis of constraints and model of adolescent exercise behavior change in stages. Explore effective intervention strategies of adolescent exercise behavior change in stages. To create a good society, family and school environment, together to promote the healthy development of youth sports job.
