摘要
以5份树莓栽培品种(Rubus idaeus L.)和2份野生树莓牛叠肚(Rubus cratae gifoliusBge.)SM5、SM6及1份茅莓(R. parvifolius L.)SM2为亲本进行杂交试验,共配置12个杂交组合。结果表明,不同杂交组合的杂交结实率差异很大,Fall Golden×SM5、Fall Golden×SM6、Royalty×SM5、Royalty×SM6、SM2×Royalty、SM2×AutumnBliss、SM2×Heritage、V×SM6等8个杂交组合杂交结实率均为0,组合V×SM5、Heritage×SM2、Royalty×SM2、Autumn Bliss×SM2亲和性较好,杂交结实率分别为40.76%、53.06%、70.83%、100.00%,播种后,均得到杂种实生苗,但出苗率低于2.5%;重复授粉的方法可以提高树莓种间杂交结实率,延迟授粉则杂交结实率低。
Five raspberry cultivars(Rubus idaeus L.) and 3 accessions of wild raspberries SM5(R.crataegifolius Bge.),SM6(R.crataegifolius Bge.) and SM2(R.parvifolius L.) were used as parents to carry out interspecific hybridization in a total of 12 combinations.The results showed that great differences of fruit-setting rate existed among combinations.Fruit-setting rates of Fall Golden×SM5,Fall Golden×SM6,Royalty×SM5,Royalty×SM6,SM2×Royalty,SM2×Autumn Bliss,SM2×Heritage and V×SM6 were zero.While V×SM5,Heritage×SM2,Royalty×SM2 and Autumn Bliss×SM2 had better compatibility with fruit-set-ting rates of 40.76%,53.06%,70.83% and 100.00% respectively.Seedlings from the latter 4 combinations were obtained,but the rates of germination were all less than 2.5%.Fruit-setting rate can be increased by repeat pollination.The fruit-setting rate was decreased by delayed pollination.
