摘要 为研究经颅低强度钬激光切除大型垂体腺瘤的临床效果,18例大型垂体腺瘤经颅用低强度钬激光切除,其中2例在显微镜下全切除。结果,本法切除大型垂体腺瘤,尤其配备显微镜,使病变与周围组织显示清晰,能在很小的术野下,随意操纵光纤切割、汽化病变组织。结果表明,钬激光用于颅内肿瘤切除,特别是在显微镜下更为安全有效。 n order to study the clinical effect of excision of massive pituitary tumor with low energy holmiumYAG laser, 18 cases of massive pituitary tumors were excised with low energy holmiumYAG laser, including 2 cases combined with microsurgery. With holmiumYAG laser, especially combined with microsurgery, the lesions can be well seperated from the surrounding structures, and the tumor can be excised and vaporized. Our findings indicate that holmiumYAG laser may be applied in brain tumor operation and it is more effective if used in combination with microsurgery.
