随着我国房地产业的不断繁荣发展,房地产投机活动日益活跃,房地产投机对房地产市场既有其有利的一方面,又有其有害的一方面,应正确认识慎重对待。对过度的房地产投机应坚决予以限制,以保证整个房地产市场乃至整个国民经济的健康稳定发展。

Electronic governance is one way of modern administrative management, which has its own distinctive features in concepts and ideas. The appearance and development of electronic governance is an intersection during the transformation from traditional administration to modern administration. Under the new situation, only after we have a clear understanding of governments’ functions, can we make a good use of electronic governance so as to increase efficiency of administrative management.
