气相色谱-质谱法测定金铁锁根挥发油化学成分 被引量:6

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取金铁锁根挥发油,毛细管柱气相色谱-质谱法测定了金铁锁根挥发油的化学成分,用面积归一化法定量。分离出71个峰,鉴定了其中的33种化学成分,占挥发油的89.62%,其主要成分为十六烷酸(19.25 %)、3-二十八烷酮(15.93%)、水杨酸甲酯(9.73%)、9,12-十八二烯酸(8.95%)、2-萘基苯基胺(7.91%)、9-十八碳炔酸(6.50 %)、二十五烷(4.26%)、十五烷基醇(3.81%)、二十四烷(3.47%)、二十三烷(2.41%)等。 The volatile oil in psammosilene tunicoides was extracted by steam distillation, and the chemical components in volatile oil were identified by capillary column GC-MS. The relative contents (in %) of the components were determined using the method of normalization. Seventy-one chromatographic peaks were separated and among which 33 components were identified amounting to 89. 62% of the total. Contents of the main compounds were found as follows: hexadecanoic acid (19. 25%), 3-oetacosaneone (15. 93%), methyl salicylate (9. 73%), 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (8. 95%), 2-naphthylphenylamine (7. 91%), 9-octadecynoic acid (6. 50%), pentacosane (4. 26%), pentadeeanoie acid (3. 81%), tetracosane (3.47%), octacosane (2. 41%) and etc.
