摘要 应用可见光谱数字化分析系统及计算机自动分析技术,对常用的看谱法测定铝合金中钛量的方法进行改进,使钛的分析谱线转变为数字化的电子谱图,并用计算机控制、数字化系统指导的自动视场定位和谱线辨别取代了原来的人眼视觉判断。测定中选用Ti 498.17 nm作为分析钛的分析线,Cu 501.66 nm作为比较谱线。结果表明:在上述两波长的谱线所得光谱强度的比值与铝合金中钛的浓度之间成正比关系。应用此改进的方法测定了4种含钛量不同的铝合金。试验结果显示了此改进的新方法的特点为可快速、准确并自动地进行铝合金中钛量的测定,不仅可供铝合金的快速分析之用,且可用于含钛铝合金的牌号鉴别。 A modification of the conventional visual spectroscopic analysis of aluminum alloy for its titanium content was made by application of visible spectra digitized analytical system and by computerized automation to transform the analytical spectral lines into digitized electronic spectra and to displace the eye-discrimination of spectral lines by automatic location of visual field and discrimination of spectral lines as conducted by the digitized system. The spectrum of Ti 498. 17 nm was used as the analytical line and the spectrum Cu 501.66 nm used as the comparative line. The ratios of intensity found at Ti 498. 17 nm to that found at Cu 501.66 nm were found to keep direct proportion with the concentration of titanium in aluminum alloys, and 4 samples with different titanium contents were analyzed by the proposed method. As shown by the experimental results, the modified method bore special features of rapidity, accuracy and automation in rapid determination of titanium in titanium bearing aluminum alloys. It was also feasible for identification of their technical specifications.
