摘要
提出了超声萃取-离子色谱法同时测定卷烟纸中五种阴离子的方法。卷烟纸样品经2 mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠溶液超声萃取,萃取液中的Cl^-、NO_2^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)和柠檬酸根以IonPacAS11-HC为分离柱、IonPac AG11-HC为保护柱、ASRS-ULTRAⅡ为再生抑制器,氢氧化钾溶液梯度洗脱分离并用电导检测器同时测定了它们的的含量。5种阴离子的加标回收率在91%~105%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于5.0%。采用此方法测定了9种不同卷烟纸中5种阴离子的含量,并对卷烟纸阴燃速率与克重和柠檬酸盐含量进行了相关性分析,结果表明:阴燃速率与克重呈显著负相关,而阴燃速率与柠檬酸盐含量呈显著正相关。
Contents of 5 anions including Cl-. NO2-. NO3. SO4^2- and citrate, in cigarette papers were simultaneously determined by ion chromatography (IC). The sample of cigarette paper was extracted ultrasonically with 2 mmol· L-1 NaOH solution, and the 5 anions in the extract were separated on IonPac AS11-HC column, with IonPac AGll-HC as guard column and ASRS-ULTRA Ⅱ as regenerative depressor, by gradient elution with KOH solution as mobile phase and detected by conductivity detector. The values of recovery of 5 anions obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 91%- 105%, and RSD's (n=5) found were less than 5. 0%. The proposed method was used in the determination of the 5 anions in 9 kinds of cigarette papers, and the correlations among smoldering rate, gramweight and content of citrate were also discussed. Significant negative correlation was found between smoldering rate and gramweight, and significant positive correlation was found between smoldering rate and content of citrate.
