The sintering plant deals with a wide range of raw materials. Production processes must be in accordance with the requirements of sintering and sintering quality of the ingredients accurately. In this paper, the PID algorithm is applied to the control of the ingredients, and the accuracy of ingredieuts using PID control to achieve is detailly introduced, in the batch house of sanan sintering plant. Practice has proved that this method obtains a good control effect for the practical application of the scene.
