摘要
介绍了一种应用于血液净化设备中血液体外循环回路安全监控环节的超声波气泡监测传感器,简述超声波及其检测电路工作原理,并对其结构特性作了说明。对传感器在血液净化技术中的临床应用原理、工作条件和安全监测功能进行了深入的分析,给出了详细的电路原理图。采用嵌入式微控制器及其集成A/D转换信号处理功能,结合设备临床操作与应用情况,提出自适应算法来自动确立报警阈值,克服了环境温度、现场操作等差异,有效的避免了误报和漏报现象。
In this paper, A kind of ultrasonic wave vacuole monitoring sensor is introduced which is applied to vitro blood circulation circuit safety-monitoring in blood purification facility. Ultrasonic wave and its checking electric circuit working principle is briefly described, and made explanation of its structural characteristics. By analyzing clinic application principle of sensor in blood purification technique, its working condition and safety checking function, a detailed electric circuit principle map is given. At same time, combining clinic operation of the facilities with application condition and using embedded micro-controller and integrated A/D exchange signal treatment function, A adaptation algorithm is presented to automatically determine warning threshold, which overcomes difference from environmental temperature and spot operation and so on so as to effectively avoid false alarm and missing report.
