摘要
介绍了PLC系统根据高炉探尺料线动态计算并给定探尺下放力矩,实现了探尺实时、精确检测料线,克服了探尺呆滞及倒锤的现象。该方法帮助冶炼人员判断炉况,提高冶炼强度。
In this paper, the PLC system according gauge rod stock line of blast furnace to dynamically calculate and give down-pass moment of gauge rod was introduced, which achieved real-time, accurate detection for the feeding line of gauge rod and overcame the sluggish and inverted hammer phenomenon of gauge rod. This method had helped staff to determine smelting furnace conditions and increased refining intensity.
