锁定钢板固定治疗肱骨近端骨折

Locking plate in treatment of proximal humeral fracture

目的研究和分析锁定钢板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法对26例肱骨近端骨折行切开复位肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）内固定，并分析疗效。结果26例患者术后随访6～18个月，平均12个月，骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间5个月。按Neer评分标准评定，总优良率88％。结论LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效满意。

Objective To researeh and analyze the value of the locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture. Methods Twenty - six cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated by opening reduction and interal fixation with locking proximal humeral plate, and were analyzed the curative effect. Results Fellnwed - up average 12 months （range,6 -18 months）, the 26 patients healed up, the average heahhing time was 5 months. Aecording to evaluation with standards of Neer score,the excellent rate was 88%. Conclusions The curative effect of proximal humeral fracture treated by LPHP is satisfied.
