摘要
从逾渗理论出发,研究炭-石墨多孔材料制备工艺中的成型、焙烧和浸渍过程。分析表明:坯料的成型、焙烧与浸渍过程的本质是流体在多孔介质中的流动,具有典型的逾渗特征,可用逾渗理论进行分析和解释。应用逾渗理论优化制备工艺,实现二次逾渗,体积密度从2.15g/cm3提高到2.50g/cm3,气孔率从3%下降到1%,肖氏硬度从Hs70提高到Hs89,抗压强度从160MPa提高到275MPa,抗折强度从45MPa提高到86MPa,显著改善了材料的物理性能。
Forming, roasting and impregnation in the preparation of carbon graphite pore materials were researched based on percolation theory. The analysis resuhs show that the nature of forming, roasting and impregnation process of the perform is fluid flows in the pore media,which have typical percolation characteristics and can be analyzed and explained by percolation theory. The preparation is optimized to realize double percolation according to percolation theory. Density of the material is condensed to 2.50 g/cm^3 front 2. 15 g/cm^3 ,pore rate is decreased to 1% from 3% ,hardness is improved to Hs89 from Hs70,Compression strength is improved to 275 MPa from 160 MPa,flexural strength is improved to 86 MPa from 45 MPa, the physical properties of carbon graphite pore materials are improved obviously.
