摘要
以DN50和DN80两种规格的石墨金属波齿复合垫片为研究对象,采用有限元分析方法分析了其在2.5MPa压力作用下的应力分布,从而了解其密封性。结果表明:DN50比DN80轴向应力大50%左右,极值均出现在齿尖处,最大应力远小于材料的弹性极限;DN50比DN80变形大15%左右,计算出的DN50最大压缩率为0.925%,DN80的最大压缩率为0.921%,压缩率都在许用范围之内,DN50的压缩性能强于DN80。
Under the pressure of 2.5 MPa, the stress distribution of two kinds of metal sheet, DN50 and DN80 standard composite gaskets by corugated metal sheet, was studied by ANSYS FEA analysis software in order to get an idea of its tightness. The results show that the node axial stress of DN50 is about 50% larger than that of DN80, the peak appears in the wave crest; the node axial strain of DN50 is about 15% larger than that of DN80, the most compressibility of DN50 is 0. 925%, the most compressibility of DN80 is 0. 921% , the compressibility is within the allowable scope, the compressibility of DN50 is better than that of DN80.
