加氢裂化新氢压缩机连杆小头衬套与十字头销烧损原因分析 被引量:8

摘要 通过对加氢裂化新氢往复式压缩机连杆小头衬套与十字头销发生烧损故障的原因分析,结果表明:气阀频繁故障导致往复式压缩机反向角减小或为0,是造成连杆小头衬套与十字头销之间润滑不良而发生烧损的直接原因;连杆和十字头销的设计缺陷是导致事故发生的重要原因。根据分析结果提出了改进和预防措施。 The failure of small end bushing and crosshead pin of fresh hydrogen reciprocating compressor connecting rod in hydrocracking unit was analyzed,it is indicated that the reverse angle reduces or is zero, which is caused by gas valve frequent fault,is the immediate cause which leads to the poor lubrication between the small end bushing and crosshead pin of connecting rod and their burnout damage ; the design defect of the small end bushing and crosshead pin plays an important role in the failure accident. Some improvement and preventing countermeasures were put forward based on the failure analysis.
