Evolution of Higher Education Management System from 1949 to 2009

新中国成立后中国高等教育管理体制获得了史无前例的发展。以新中国成立后高等教育的历史变迁为脉络,中国高等教育管理体制60年间的改革与发展可以分为三个阶段:高等教育管理体制的艰难探索、高教管理体制的调整与改革的启动、中国特色高等教育管理体制的确立与深化。受政治、经济等因素的影响,每个阶段中国高等教育管理体制都留下了时代的印记,折射了高等教育改革与发展的探索历程。

China＇s higher education has made great achievements in the management system after the foundation of China. Based on historical changes of higher education in China, the reform and development of China＇s higher education management system can be divided into three stages： hard exploration of higher education management system, adjustability of higher education management system and startup of reform, establishment and deepening of higher education management system with Chinese characteristics. Affected by factors such as politics, economy, each stage of higher education management system presents the impression of an era and reflects the exploration process of higher education reform and development.
