摘要
科学发展需要科学的评价,运用科学发展指数,评估科学发展落实的情况、实施的状况及其成果,解决的是"发展标准"问题。科学发展指数包括发展度、协调度、持续度、和谐度、幸福度等五个维度。科学发展指数将成为领导干部政绩考核的重要指标,对实践科学发展具有价值导向、调节、激励等重要作用。
Scientific development requires reasonable evaluation.The indicators are to solve the problems of developing standard,which evaluate the conditions and outcomes of implementing of scientific development.The indicators have five perspecitives, including developing degree, concerted degree, sustained degree, harmonious degree, and happiness degree.Indicators of scientific development would become the important standard of assessing leaders performance.Therefore, they have value of leading, adjusting, and inspiriting functions.
