经济活动是人类一切活动的基础,人们在经济活动中所形成的利益关系是人类社会的本质关系;不同经济主体之间的利益差异和矛盾,决定了制度的演进和变革。改革开放以来,我国收入分配政策经过一系列调整,在彻底打破平均主义大锅饭的同时也出现了利益关系的失衡;分配不公现已成为我国一切宏观经济问题的渊薮。只有加大政府对收入分配的调节力度,才能拉动国内最终需求,实现社会经济的健康发展。

Economic activity is the basis of all human activities,in which interests is considered to be the essential relationship of human society. Interests differences and contradictions between different economic agents determine the evolution and change of social system. Since the reform and opening up, China＇s income distributive policy has come through a series of adjustments. On one hand,it has successfully broken the egalitarianism ,on the other hand, serious imbalance of interests relationship began to develop. In this sense, unfair distribution of social wealth has become a hotbed of all the macroeconomic problems in China.Therefore,only by strengthening governmental regulation of income distribution, can we expect to stimulate domestic final demand and achieve the healthy development of society and economy.
