在新的发展形势下,电网企业必须制定和选择适合自身情况的安全风险管理长效机制,寻找合理有效的风险管理方法,防范或降低电网的安全风险。介绍了若干种系统风险诊断分析方法的基本概念。提出了一种新的电网安全风险管理方法——基于同业对标的风险诊断分析模板,介绍了风险诊断分析模板的组成部分,叙述了风险诊断分析模板的创建、使用和需要注意的问题,并将风险诊断分析模板与传统的电网安全风险管理方法进行了比较。

In the new era,the grid enterprise must select and formulate suitable long-effective mechanism for its security risk management and look for rational and effective risk management methods to prevent or reduce the security risks for the power system.A new grid security risk management method,benchmarking-based risk diagnosis analysis model,was proposed.The establishment and application of the model were illuminated,as well as related issues that deserve attention,and comparison between the analysis model and traditional grid security management methods was made.
