摘要
配电网综合评价方法受到人为因素的影响、不同的评价理论其重点信息不同,造成各评价方法的评价结论不一致、评价结论出现漂移等问题。根据组合评价理论,提出了一种基于组合评价方法的配电网评估体系,选取适当的数学模型,对多个单一评价结果进行集化,得到组合评价结论。实例验算及分析讨论结果显示,该方法能有效、方便地对各类电网进行后评估,使评价结果更客观,且更具应用价值。
Since the comprehensive evaluation methods for distribution networks are usually affected by subjective factors and different evaluation theories focus on different aspects,evaluation conclusions obtained by different evaluation methods tend to be inconsistent and other related problems such as conclusion drift may occur.Based on the combined evaluation theory,a distribution network evaluation system was proposed which obtains the combined evaluation conclusion after selecting a suitable mathematical model and integrating a number of single evaluation results. Example cases showed that the proposed method can be used to conduct post evaluation for various power grids effectively and conveniently, and the evaluation results can be more objective and valuable.
