摘要
对发动机连杆应力槽加工方法与设备、国内外研究现状进行了阐述;针对连杆应力槽加工难题,提出一种应力槽双向同步线切割新技术。开发的切槽装置具有柔性化程度高、加工成本低等特点,在连杆批量生产中得到了成功应用。
The processing methods and equipment of cracking notches on domestic and foreign were introduced. Aimed at the problem of machining cracking notches, a new technology of two-way synchronization WEDM was put forward. This equipment can improve the degree of flexible production and reduce processing cost. It has been used successfully in mass production.
