摘要
根据工业现场中流体传送生产过程控制,综合信息传输、节能和管理等方面的控制要求,建立基于现场总线网络的过程控制实验系统,形成具有远程监视和关联控制的综合流体传送网络。该实验系统的上位机采用工业控制计算机和WinCC软件,对流量、压力和水位数据进行采集,各个站点由下位机PLC进行控制。同时加入视频监控,监视工作面异物和设备状况,经图像处理连接控制和报警。可完成多课程的20多个实验项目,经过PID与前馈控制等实验证明,该综合过程控制系统比较贴切教学实验,其使用效果良好。
According to the requirements of fluid transfer control for the production process, integrated information transmission, energy conservation and management in the industrial field, the experimental system of process control was established based on fieldbus network and a long-range surveillance and control associated with comprehensive fluid transmission was formed. In the experimental system, the host computer composed of industrial control computer and WinCC software collects the data of flow; pressure and water level, the under computer composed of PLC controls each network, the video is used to observe the equipment and working conditions. The results of PID and feed forward control experiments show that the integrated process control system of teaching experiment works well.
