摘要
为了满足数控加工速度控制的要求,提出了一种基于DSP外围的可编程定时器的加减速控制方法,该控制方法将加减速控制与数控系统程序相分离,使得在不需要修改数控系统程序的情况下能够方便地改变系统加减速性能。仿真结果表明:这种控制方法计算简单,性能良好,得到的速度曲线相似于S曲线,且在加减速阶段过渡平滑。
In order to meet the request numerical control machining speed, a speed control method based on a programmable timer of DSP peripheral facilities was presented. The method can separate the acceleration/deceleration description with the NC system program, it can change the acceleration/deceleration characteristic by only changing the date of the programmable timer independently. The simulation results show that this control method can get the speed curve that is similar to the S curve and the deceleration phase of the transition is smooth.
